cute! It’s hard for us to not throw a ball for the dogs on the way to and from the garden!
I’ll make mention that our older dog’s teeth started wearing down and we were told it’s was because of the tennis balls! He use to sit there and gnaw at them in between throws..I guess they are very abrasive and wore down the enamel in his teeth, so now we use rubber!
Hey thanks for the tip – I didn’t know that about tennis balls wearing the teeth down! Fortunately, she’s not much of a chewer of balls…just a retriever! 😀 She is getting up there in age; I call her my “Old Lady Face.”
Haha, this is great! We played fetch with our black lab a lot this week too, and she loved it, although she’s not the best at actually bringing the ball all the way back. Sometimes she runs off with it, sometimes she stops a few feet short and just lies down to chew on it 🙂
Yes, my other black lab (not pictured) likes to retrieve…and then leave! She never brings it all the way back, haha!
Awh, moments with the family furry baby are always special & sweet. Well, most of the time, anyway. ;0
I hope you’ll take a “moment” to come by my little corner of the world…

What a sweet dog! I love your previous post about car repair! I gotta say, I was thinking of sharing a similar post related to my (successful) experience with replacing the garbage disposal at our old home! It’s so empowering to know you can do something like that yourself rather than rely on professionals!
Ha, love this!
I love this picture! A pup anxiously awaiting a ball to be thrown can be a challenge to get them to wait for it…my border collie and Brittany are the same way! This is great!
Here’s my moment:

Oh what a lovely picture and so lovely to be playing outside.
So cute! Our dog runs to the ball, picks it up and walks away.
