Chocolate White Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
3/8 c. cocoa powder
1/2 bag white chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 350, with a baking stone inside. Mix up butter and the sugar until it has the consistency of brown sugar. Mix in the egg. Mix in everything else except the chips. Drop in the chips and mix them into the cookie dough with a spatula. Scoop cookie dough balls (rounded teaspoon) onto the pre-heated baking stone, leaving a couple of inches between each ball. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let stand. After 5 minutes, remove the cookies from the stone and place on cooling rack. Yields about 2 and a half dozen cookies.
