Steamed Butternut Squash

Extremely easy, vegetarian friendly (you can make it vegan if you want), and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:
Butternut squash
Brown sugar
Butter

Procedure:
Wash the dirt (and nasty chemicals if not organic) off of the squash, then slice into two halves longways. Scoop out the seeds. Cut the squash into 1-inch “cubes” and steam for about 20 minutes or so until done. The squash pieces should be soft, but not too mushy. Transfer to a bowl, add about a half tablespoon of butter, sprinkle in some brown sugar, and mix it all together.
